4. How do i order?
You can order online from our website www.mtunda.ug or simply inbox us via our Facebook page or Whatsapp us on 0778251683 or 0752081917 with what you want and we shall deliver wherever you are. or visit our shop at kampala plaza, shop f3 kampala road
5. How long does it take to deliver?
We offer Same-day and Next-day delivery for Kampala residents.
6. How much does it cost to deliver?
We charge a standard fee of Ugx 5,000 for all deliveries in Kampala. but for further deliveries delivery cost will be negotiated according to the fares being charged to us by the third party and our customer service team will be sure to inform you about the charges or any changes.
7. How do I pay?
You can pay using Cash on Delivery or via Mobile money to number 0778251683 or 0752081917. If you order through our website, the payment is automatic though mobile money.
Note Visa card master card and credit card will soon be allowed once we confirm our third-party providers.
8. Can I return the product if I don’t like it?
Yes you can, but only with 3 days of delivery. and 7days but only if they meet preconditions of returned items and restocking fees may apply if item is found to be ok. read more in our return policy.
9. Do you deliver upcountry?
we do deliver upcountry by bus or taxis meaning by third party and before we do send the items customer has to consent that the safety of their goods are in there hands and its between the customer and the third party we are just bridge of communication and mtunda.ug wont be held liable for a product damaged in transit or stolen or lost.
10. Where do you source your products from?
Most of our products are made in China and United Arab Emirates. We do seriously vet our suppliers to ensure you get only high quality stuff.
