I received my phone in 9days but every simple delay was explained through an active customer care service before they were asked about it. That delay period was not so much worrying. I should start with the phone. The phone was brought in a timely manner and quite honestly I was surprised considering the fact that it was shipped from Dubai. I would like to take this moment to give an honest feedback about my entire shopping experience. I am not sure how long mtunda store has been around but it seems to be a new company or at least new in the online shopping industry. I am saying this because of the inadequacy of the website and app. The website seems to take quite a long time to load and also the address box wasn't properly designed for a customer to properly provide the full details of their location. I also want to comment on the issue of shipping locally or internationally. The store claims to give a heads-up on items that are shipped internationally but it truly doesn't. I would suggest that if an item is shipped internationally, there should be a pop-up or an information box next to the price stating that this product is currently not available in the local warehouse and will be procured in Dubai. This will help greatly on the number of orders placed by customers who think that the product is in the store. I also want to comment on the app that seems to still be undergoing development and upgrade. If the app isn't yet ready for customer use the I would suggest that you focus your energy on improving the website and make it user friendly by addressing the mentioned issues. If that is the final product for the website then I would recommend that additional development be done because it seems to be lacking quite a lot compared to the website. Overall I believe that the store is genuine but it requires a lot upgrades to fully embody good customer service experience. But I believe that with time the store will improve.
